The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. If there is a defect, Cali Covers will repair or replace (at its discretion)the product FREE of CHARGE.

Sunbrella Warranty
The warranty period for Acrylic Sunbrella Boat Covers is: 5 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the
fabric and the construction of the cover.

Sunbrella Bimini Tops
The warranty period for Bimini Tops made with Acrylic Sunbrella fabric is: 5 full years on the labor, fabric, and the frame assembly. This
warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

All special orders and Sunbrella custom boat covers are non-refundable. If for some reason there is a problem with your special order or Sunbrella boat cover, every effort will be made to modify your product to suit your needs. Cali Covers cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD. All packages must be shipped prepaid. Returns must be inspected before final decisions are made on credits.
